I think most of you’ve already gotten the e-mail that tells you how to check the details on your MyKad chip via Astro decoder. I come up the guide below with pictures. I strongly recommend you to check it (it is free and take only 1 minute) coz I heard many complaints about the incorrect personal details stored in the chip. One of my family members got the wrong religion info in the chip.
Lastly, do not forget to remove your MyKad from the decoder.
