| About 49% of Tawai Forest Reserve is Upland Ultramafic Forest. The main canopy are mainly formed by the trees of dipterocarp species such as Shorea venulosa, Shorea scabrida, Shorea laxa, Shorea micans and Dipterocarpus lowii. |
