| Kota Kinabalu city is started as Gaya Street (known as "Bond Street" formerly) in old day. The "Bonding with Gaya Street" event highlights the stories and history of Gaya Street, since its British colonial past, the Japanese Occupation, to post World War II, until today. Besides, the organizers turns the Gaya Street into "live" heritage street with exhibition of old photographs, memorabilia and nostalgic artworks. |
